IRP declaration

It is time to file your IRP distance declaration with the SAAQ.

The distance report is used to determine the amount you will have to pay for the registration of your vehicles travelling outside Quebec from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. Note that the registration fees per Administration are based on the prorated method, That is, by calculating the percentage of kilometers travelled in an Administration by the vehicles of a fleet in relation to the total kilometers travelled in all jurisdictions by those same vehicles.

It must be submitted by November 18, 2022.

If you drove from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, indicate for each jurisdiction the actual mileage of all vehicles in your fleet during that period.
